Reader Photo - El Paraiso Beach
This photo was submitted by Sue, a regular reader of MayanHoliday.com. It is from her recent trip to El Paraiso Beach in Tulum, to the north of the crossroads as you arrive from Tulum Village. The area offers small huts with palapa roofs and sand floors, renting for around $10 per day. Camping is available for less than $5 per night. There is a small restaurant called Don Cafeto, serving burgers, fish and cold beers. Taxi fare to Tulum Village is around $3. The beach is perfectly white, the water is cerulean blue and nudity is allowed - what more can you ask for?!
As Sue says, "It's an amazing place."
