Barcelo's Compound Expanding

BARCELO HOTELS & RESORTS will open two all-inclusive properties later this month within its Barcelo Riviera Maya Resort complex 50 miles south of Cancun in the Riviera Maya region. The two new properties will bring the total number of resorts within the complex to four. The new five-star properties, both scheduled to open Dec. 23, are the 474-room Barcelo Maya Colonial Beach and the 474-room Barcelo Maya Tropical Beach resorts. The new properties are adjacent to the Barcelo Maya Beach and Barcelo Maya Caribe Beach resorts and share one mile of beachfront with their sister properties.
